ClubCRM operates as a multi-tenant application, allowing businesses to manage leads, convert them into deals, handle tasks, send emails, execute campaigns, automate workflows, integrate with e-commerce platforms, and leverage Zoho Desktop for graph integration.

- Nylas Integration: Integrating Nylas API for email functionality required extensive research and development for our team, overcoming issues related to Oro CRM and Nylas integration.
- Multi-Tenancy: Converting the CRM into a multi-tenant application reduced storage consumption and streamlined the deployment process, saving costs and enhancing scalability.
- E-commerce Integration: Seamlessly integrating Sylius E-commerce platform with ClubCRM eliminated the need for separate accounts, enabling a shared session and improved user experience.

- Our development team conducted in-depth research, R&D, and extensive testing. We implemented custom solutions such as overriding the core email integration feature of Oro CRM for Nylas integration.
- We restructured the application into a multi-tenant architecture, optimizing storage usage and simplifying the deployment process. The integration with Sylius E-commerce platform was flawlessly executed, ensuring a unified user experience.
