Do I need a developer to set up MarketFox?
No. MarketFox is entirely no-code. Configure vendor forms, commission rules, and payout schedules through the admin dashboard. Most merchants are live within 2 days.
How does order splitting work?
When a customer orders from multiple vendors, MarketFox automatically splits the order into sub-orders — one per vendor. Each vendor sees only their orders and fulfills independently.
Does MarketFox support Indian compliance?
Yes. Razorpay payouts, GST invoice generation, TDS 194-O deduction, and DPDP data compliance are all built in. Purpose-built for Indian marketplace operators.
What happens after the free trial?
After 7 days you choose a paid plan. All vendor data, products, and orders are fully preserved — nothing is deleted. The trial is one-time per Shopify store.
Can I set different commission rates per vendor?
Yes. Every vendor can have their own commission rate that overrides any category or global default. The engine supports unlimited vendor-level overrides with a full audit trail.
How is billing handled?
