We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing Odoo modules, customizing existing ones, and integrating Odoo ERP solutions into clients’ workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Analyze client requirements and design robust solutions.
• Perform Odoo implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code in Python.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party tools, APIs, and other business systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues efficiently.
• Support and optimize performance of Odoo applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Worked with Symfony framework any version 1x-6x.
• Good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript.
• Good knowledge of MVC framework, & MySQL 5.x/8.x.
• Must be comfortable with Linux / Ubuntu OS / MacOS.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and Composer.
• Experience working in an agile and Scrum environment.
• Designing, building and worked with REST APIs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good Communication Skills (oral and written) and Dedication toward Work.
• Responsible for application and database design, code development.
• Knowledge of Payment Gateway and Web Services.

Responsibility

• Understand client needs for website design and functionality.
• Develop the website’s front-end user interface.
• Candidate should have experience in plugin development
• Build custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Manage back-end tasks involving server integration and database operations.
• Perform performance tests to ensure website quality.
• Continuously monitor live website performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven WordPress developer experience.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with both WordPress and custom theme/plugin development
• Understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

• Experience on Core PHP & any MVC framework is a plus point
• Experience on database MySQL mandatory.
• 6+ months of website development experience in PHP.
• Knowledge of web technologies including jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc.
• Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (i.e. OOPs) concepts.
• Should have good knowledge in proper testing.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Must have good exposure to API s integration and Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and extend VTiger CRM modules, workflows, and features.
• Develop and implement custom modules, fields, and automation processes in VTiger.
• Integrate VTiger CRM with third-party applications (API integrations).
• Optimize database queries and CRM performance.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and plugins to enhance CRM functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VTiger CRM issues and bugs.
• Work with teams to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Ensure data security, backup, and system performance.
• Provide user training and support for CRM functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in VTiger CRM 6/7+ customization and development.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience in developing custom modules, workflows, and UI enhancements.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations with third-party tools (e.g., ERP, Payment Gateways, Email Services, etc.).
• Familiarity with Linux servers, version control (Git), and web services.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in VTiger upgrades, migrations, and API development is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with SuiteCRM, SugarCRM, or other CRM platforms.
• Understanding of MVC frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter.
• Knowledge of OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and role-based access control.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or cloud-based CRM hosting.
